After you install
Once you launch the app for the first time, Hyper walks you through a short onboarding flow:Sign in with Google
Hyper uses Google OAuth for authentication — no separate password to manage. Click Sign in with Google, complete the browser prompt, and you’ll be returned to the app automatically.
Create or join a workspace
Choose to create a new personal or team workspace, or paste a join token from a teammate to enter an existing one. Your workspace is where all shared memory lives.
Connect your integrations
Optionally link Gmail, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Granola, or LinkedIn. Hyper uses these to enrich your team’s memory with context from the tools you already work in.
Staying up to date
Hyper checks for updates automatically in the background. When a new version is available, you’ll see a prompt in the app to restart and apply the update. You can also check manually from the menu bar icon.Ready to connect your AI client?
